Zelenskyy on Russia: signing something with these terrorists will not bring peace
Russia’s latest massive missile attack on Ukraine on the anniversary of the signing of the Budapest Memorandum proves that no agreements with the terrorist state are possible.

Details: Zelenskyy emphasised that when a terrorist destabilises everyone’s lives, stopping the terror is a joint task.
On 5 December, Zelenskyy plans to talk about this in an address to experts at the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) and all Ukraine’s friends in the US.
Zelenskyy remarked that with this missile attack, Russia has "marked" another anniversary of the signing of the Budapest Memorandum. The fate of this document provides answers to many of today’s questions about Russia.
Quote: "Just signing something with these terrorists will not bring peace. If you make an agreement with them, they will break it. Giving up any element of others’ security to Russia means a new war.
That is why it is necessary to continue the existing policy of the conscientious states of the world: it is only the dismantling of Russia’s terrorist capabilities, the liberation of all our land and holding the murderers to account that will bring peace. I believe we will make this happen."
