"The invaders are restricting the rights and freedoms of civilians in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson oblast. So, under the guise of carrying out measures to combat sabotage reconnaissance groups, the invaders have set up a checkpoint on the Chaika River and have banned passage for private boats."

Details: The enemy focuses its efforts on deterring the actions of defence forces units. On the Avdiivka and Bakhmut fronts, the enemy continues to conduct an offensive, and actively uses aviation to support ground groups.

During the day, the invaders inflicted two missile strikes, and also carried out more than 10 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements along the contact line. In particular, civilian infrastructure facilities in the cities of Nikopol and Kherson were hit again.

The threat of enemy missile strikes on energy system facilities and critical infrastructure throughout Ukraine remains.

There were no significant changes in the situation on the Volyn and Polissia fronts; there is no evidence that Russian forces are forming new offensive task forces.

On the Sivershchyna front, the enemy fired mortars at the settlements of Sopych, Svarkove and Zarutske (Sumy oblast).

On the Slobozhanshchyna front, the enemy continues to hold its troops in the border areas of the Belgorod region. In particular, the districts of Shevchenko, Strilecha, Krasne, Ohirtseve, Vovchansk, Bochkove, Mala Vovcha, Dvorichna and Bohdanivskyi (Kharkiv oblast) were shelled by various types of artillery.

On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, the enemy is on the defensive. Areas of the settlements of Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, Berestove and Vyshneve (Kharkiv oblast); Makiivka and Ploshchanka (Luhansk oblast) and Yampolivka (Donetsk oblast) were hit by fire from tanks and artillery.

On the Bakhmut and Avdiivka fronts, the enemy is focusing its main efforts on conducting offensive operations and tries to improve its tactical position. Areas of the settlements of Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Kurdiumivka, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Krasnohorivka, Mariinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast), were shelled from tanks and the entire range of artillery.

On the Novopavlivka front, the enemy is on the defensive. They fired mortars, barrels and rocket artillery at the areas of Neskuchne, Zolota Nyva and Prechystivka (Donetsk oblast).

On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts, the enemy is conducting defensive actions. Its artillery attacks were documented in the areas of more than twenty-five settlements near the contact line. These are, in particular, the cities of Nikopol (Dnipropetrovsk oblast) and Kherson.

The enemy is continuing to suffer losses on the Donetsk and Luhansk fronts. There were reports that medical institutions in the city of Donetsk were overcrowded with wounded enemy servicemen. Planned operations for civilian patients were postponed indefinitely, and new wounded patients were not accepted. Up to 300 wounded Russian invaders have been delivered to the Novopskov territorial Medical Association of the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk oblast in recent days.
