Russians shell Dnipropetrovsk Oblast during the day, kill one civilian
Russian occupiers shelled Nikopol region in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on 4 December, killing one civilian.

As a result of enemy strikes in Pokrovske of Nikopol region during the day, one man has been killed."
Details: Later Reznichenko specified that the Russian occupiers targeted the city of Nikopol and the Pokrovsk hromada (an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories).
A 23-year old man died in the village of Kapulivka. He was working in his yard when a Russian projectile hit it.
