Russians mine infrastructure and outskirts of Sievierodonetsk – Oblast Military Administration

The military administration of the city of Sievierodonetsk and Luhansk Oblast reports that Russian occupation forces are mining the infrastructure in the city, as well as the outskirts of the city.
