Quote: "In the temporarily occupied Makiivka (Donetsk region) there is no centralized water supply, instead the occupiers distribute it in bottles. In order to receive water, it is necessary to present a passport with registration [a permit for a person to reside at a given address – ed.], or a birth certificate (if the recipient is a child). Men are also checked for the presence of a mark of registration at the military commissariat.
Cases were also recorded when men received summonses while waiting in line for water. That is, the enemy is using the crisis in the region as a method of identifying men to replenish their army."
Earlier, the National Resistance Center reported that the Russian invaders had conscripted over half of the miners in the occupied parts of Luhansk Oblast.
