Two children were seriously injured in a Russian attack in Kherson Oblast on the evening of Saturday, 31 December.

Quote: "The vile Russian enemy fired artillery at the village of Naddniprianske near Kherson on New Year's Eve. A projectile exploded near a school.
Two children were in the street: a 13-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl. They are brother and sister. They received severe shrapnel injuries.
