Russians launch over 50 strikes on Sumy Oblast, dropping explosives and launching missiles
Russian forces carried out 51 strikes on border hromadas [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories] in Sumy Oblast on 29 December.

Details: Russians fired mortars on Bilopillia hromada, with 34 strikes.
A private house was damaged as a result of the attacks. Windows were broken and a fence destroyed.
The Russians dropped four explosives from a drone on the Krasnopillia hromada along the border. They also fired mortars twice. In total, there were nine strikes.
The Russian army fired from a helicopter on the border areas of Velyka Pysarivka hromada. They launched four unguided aircraft missiles.
Zhyvytskyy noted that there were no casualties in any of the hromadas.
Also on Thursday, 29 December, air defence units shot down two Russian missiles over Sumy Oblast.
