Quote from Kim: "I ask businesses to move to night shifts, except for those involving mobilisation.

If the regional power companies distribute power on the principle of the "telephone law" [i.e. corruption – ed.], they will have a lot of explaining to do to the Security Service of Ukraine!"

Background: Kim said that he would contact the oblast energy company about reviewing outage schedules across the oblast.
