"Air defence [systems are] operating in Lviv Oblast. Details later. Stay in shelters!", wrote Kozytskyi.
Later, Kozytskyi wrote that some missiles launched by Russia had been downed by air defence forces in Lviv Oblast.
Kozytskyi later specified that the Russians had fired six missiles at Lviv Oblast, of which four had been shot down by Ukrainian air defence forces.
"A power substation was hit twice. 282 settlements are without electricity, 76 of these partially. The most difficult thing is to supply power to Lviv and the adjacent settlements of Obroshyne, Zymna Voda, Dubliany and Bryukhovychi. Power engineers are working to bring back electricity and water to every dwelling", he said.
