Shahed UAVs heading for Ukraine: air-raid siren sounds in several Oblasts
Vitalii Kim, the Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration, has reported that the Russian occupiers have recently deployed Iranian-made Shahed drones into Ukraine.

Details: As of 20:53, air raid sirens are still on in several regions in the south of Ukraine.
This is referring to Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. Some time later, an air raid siren was activated in Kharkiv and Cherkasy oblasts as well.
Residents of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast are reporting sounds of explosions on their social media accounts. At the moment, there have been no official statements made by authorities or the military administration.
Moreover, there is a threat of an artillery attack in Nikopol city and its surrounding areas.
Suspilne news outlet has also reported that explosions rocked Dnipro city.
Later, it was reported that the Air Force shot down five Russian drones in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
Updated: Kim has also pointed out that Russian drones were shot down in many regions. According to him, two Shahed kamikaze drones flew over Pervomaisk towards Uman city. They were not visible on radar.
In addition, the head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration has said that "Odesa is under threat as well".
Background: Kyrylo Budanov, the Head of the Ukrainian Chief Intelligence Directorate, stated that the Russian Federation has purchased a total of 1,700 Shahed drones from Iran. As of 24 December, Russia has launched about 540 drones.
