The speech lasted for 52 minutes.
In his address, Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine has become one of the leaders of the free world and has helped the West to reinvent itself. The West has stopped fearing Russia.
He added that the Ukrainian military and industrial complex will be one of the most progressive, and Ukraine’s goal will be to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine and liberate all its citizens who are now in captivity.
Ukraine has liberated 1,456 people since the beginning of the war.
Zelenskyy also stated that the restoration of Ukraine after the war will be Europe’s biggest economic project. He asked MPs to develop legislation to stimulate businesses to enter the Ukrainian market.
The President added that it is important to prevent millions of Ukrainians who have fled abroad from becoming refugees and do everything needed for them to come back.
Zhelezniak also used the following quote: "The number of flagships in the Black Sea has decreased, and the notorious bridge (the Crimean Bridge – ed.) is becoming a means of escape from Russia…if it is being used at all."
There was no live broadcast of the address.
