Russian forces shower Nikopol district using Grads overnight, damaging gas pipelines and power grid

The Russian military attacked the Nikopol district with Grad MLRS and heavy artillery overnight, damaging gas pipelines and the power grid in one of its hromadas [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories].

Quote from Reznichenko: "Last night, the Russian occupation forces hit the Nikopol district five times with Grads and heavy artillery. 40 enemy shells landed in three hromadas – Nikopol, Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets. People survived."

Details: Reznichenko said that several private houses and outbuildings were damaged, and a power line was damaged in Nikopol. In Chervonohryhorivka hromada, Russian projectiles damaged six private houses, two gas pipelines and the power grid, as well as greenhouses and a shop. In Marhanets hromada, the aftermath of the night strikes are still being investigated. 

Reznichenko added that no attacks were recorded in other areas.
