Russians strike Kharkiv Oblast

Details: At first, correspondents of Suspilne reported explosions in the city of Kharkiv, and then the head of the Oblast State Administration informed about the shelling of Kharkiv Oblast.

Quote: "Attention residents of Kharkiv Oblast. Stay in the shelters. The occupiers are striking."

At the time of these reports, an air-raid siren was sounding in the oblast. 

Serhii Melnyk, Head of the Kharkiv garrison, clarified in his Telegram that the air-raid siren was triggered by the launch of Russian S-300 missiles.

The consequences of the attack are currently unknown.
