Haidai states that the situation with the heating season in big occupied cities in Luhansk Oblast is critical.

"The occupiers and collaborators have not prepared big cities for the heating season. It sounds like utter nonsense to us but they are taking wood up to residential buildings. They only do this one or two times and that’s it", – Haidai explains.

There are almost no trees in Rubizhne, Sievierodonetsk and other big cities because people are using wood for heating.

"It is extremely dangerous to go to forests as they are mined so residents are chopping down trees in the cities", Haidai states.
