The Russian occupiers are bringing officials from Siberia to form occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine because they cannot find the necessary number of collaborators.

Quote from Resistance: "Russians have a shortage of traitors in the temporarily occupied territories, so they are forced to move their officials to create administrations.
So, to create an occupation government in the settlement of Bilovodsk (Luhansk Oblast), the Russians brought 15 officials from Novosibirsk. Now, these people must imitate the ‘people's power’ and glorify the occupation on behalf of the community and establish a repressive machine in the settlement."
Details: The National Resistance Center notes that earlier the invaders forcibly took to Luhansk about 30 residents of Bilovodsk, who were suspected of "supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine".
The resistance calls on the local population to leave the temporarily occupied territories before the liberation of the oblast by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
