Russians attack Kherson Oblast Military Administration building again

Russian occupiers have attacked the centre of Kherson again, hitting the Kherson Oblast Military Administration building.

• On the morning of 18 December, Russian invaders attacked the centre of Kherson, wounding three people.
• On 14 and 15 December, the Russians attacked the centre of Kherson twice, damaging two floors of the building of the Oblast Military Administration.
