Russians target humanitarian aid headquarters in outskirts of Kherson: one person died and more are injured

On Saturday 17 December, Russian Armed Forces shelled the settlement of Stepanivka in the outskirts of Kherson from mortars; humanitarian aid headquarters were hit.

Background: Earlier this Saturday, the Head of Military Administration of Kherson Oblast Yaroslav Yanushevych reported that the Russian army targeted a retirement home in Stepanivka, Kherson Oblast.
