Water supply restored in Kyiv, but a third of city still without electricity
As of the morning of 17 December, the water supply has been restored to the houses of all Kyiv residents after the massive attack by Russia, according to Mayor Vitalii Klitschko.

Quote: "Water supply has been brought back to all residents of the capital. Half of Kyiv citizens already have heating, and we are working to restore it to all residents of the city.
Two-thirds of Kyiv residents are currently supplied with power."
Details: According to Klitschko, the emergency power outages will continue to be used as the electricity shortage is significant.
Energy workers are calling on citizens to keep saving electricity.
Background: On 16 December, Russians launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure. The Russian occupiers used 74 cruise missiles and four guided air missiles, Ukrainian Air Defence units shot down 60 of them.
As a result of the strikes, several energy infrastructure facilities and residential buildings in Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts were hit.
Earlier, Oleksii Kuleba, the Head of Kyiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that a critical infrastructure target and 9 private houses in different districts have been damaged after the recent massive attack on Kyiv Oblast.
