Two more policemen injured by Russian mines in Kherson Oblast die

Two more out of four injured policemen that were wounded by explosions of Russian mines in Kherson Oblast on 7 December died in hospital; four of their colleagues died immediately after the incident.

Doctors had been fighting for lives of Senior Sergeant Viktor Mazurenko, a driver for the platoon No.1 of the company No.2 of the special purpose police battalion in Cherkasy Oblast, and Lieutenant Mykhailo Pustovit, an inspector of the platoon No. 2 of the company No. 2 of the special purpose police battalion in Cherkasy Oblast, for ten days. But, unfortunately, their hearts stopped beating today."

Background: Four Ukrainian police officers from Cherkasy Oblast, including Mykhailo Kuratchenko, the Head of the Main Department of the National Police in Cherkasy Oblast, were killed and four others were injured when Russian mines exploded in Kherson Oblast on 7 December.
