Quote: "Good news from power specialists. More than 30% of consumers have power again," he wrote.
Raikovych has added that critical infrastructure facilities and hospitals are reconnected first, and then residential buildings.
"Part of territories in the oblast already have electricity," he summed up.
Background:
The Russian missile attack on 16 December led to the damage of approximately nine generation facilities and limited the production capacity of nuclear power plants.
During the large-scale Russian-launched missile attack on the power infrastructure of Ukraine on 16 December, hits were recorded; the country's north, south and centre suffered most of the damage. The state of emergency was introduced only for electricity market participants.
The entire Kirovohrad Oblast was cut off from the power grid on Friday after a missile attack.
