Occupiers use all hospitals in Luhansk Oblast to service Russian military
The hospitals occupied by Russians in Luhansk Oblast refuse to service civilians due to the numerous losses among the Russian military personnel.

Details: Reportedly, several hospitals in Luhansk and temporarily occupied cities and villages of the oblast have already started operating as military hospitals. In particular, Luhansk City Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 3 has already accommodated about 100 Russian soldiers. Moreover, the hospital in Kreminna completely switched to serving the wounded occupiers.
Luhansk City Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 15 currently refuses to serve civilians and is supposed to be finally reoriented for the needs of military service in December.
Occupiers chose this strategy throughout the temporarily occupied part of the oblast.
