Emergency power outages across Ukraine

Emergency power outages are being introduced across Ukraine due to Russian missiles damaging energy facilities in several oblasts of the country.

"Emergency power outages are being introduced across the country due to the strikes on energy facilities in several oblasts of Ukraine. We ask for your understanding regarding the power outages and temporary water and heat supply interruptions," he wrote on Telegram.

Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko noted that energy facilities in the east and south of the country had been damaged.
