Quote: "Due to the power supply being temporarily absent in the oblast, the city’s heating system is not operational!
Be sure to close all the windows and take all possible measures to preserve heat indoors."
Details: Kyiv city authorities previously warned residents that if problems with heating arise, service companies should drain water from heating systems when the temperature goes down to -3 degrees or lower.
In this event, it is not known whether it will be possible to restore heat supply by the end of winter.
