Explosions rock three districts in Kyiv
Explosions rocked Kyiv during an air raid siren activated on 16 December.

Quote from Klitschko: "There have been explosions in the Desnianskyi district of the capital. All emergency services are on their way to the scene."
Details: Later, the Mayor added that there had been another explosion in the Dniprovskyi district.
At 9:43, Klitschko reported that another explosion had occurred in the Holosiivskyi district.
Klitschko has called on residents to stay in shelters.
The Kyiv City Military Administration has reported that air defence systems are operating in Kyiv.
Later, Klitschko added that due to damage to the energy infrastructure, there are interruptions to the water supply in all areas of the capital.
He emphasised that specialists are already working to stabilise the system, but reminded residents to prepare a supply of drinking and service water just in case.
