Russian troops attack Mykolaiv Oblast, damaging energy facilities in 2 hromadas

In the small hours of Thursday, occupiers attacked Ochakiv and Chornomorsk hromadas [administrative units designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.] in Mykolaiv Oblast.

Quote: "On the morning of December 15, starting at 06:00, the Chornomorsk hromada was under enemy fire. An infrastructure target was damaged. There were no casualties."

Details: Russian troops also hit the Ochakiv hromada at 06:00 and 07:05, destroying and damaging infrastructure. According to preliminary reports, no civilians were injured. 

Kim added that yesterday [14 December], the Russian army attacked the hromada from the water and the coastal zone, using anti-aircraft missiles.
