Russia claims missiles were shot down over Klintsy, but one village is left with no electricity

Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of Russia’s southern Bryansk Oblast, has claimed that Russia’s air defence system shot down missiles over the town of Klintsy.

Details: Bogomaz, citing the operative services, claimed that the air defence system was activated in the town of Klintsy.
