Details: As a result of investigative and operational actions, law enforcement officers found weapons, St. George's ribbons and flags of the aggressor country.

In addition, they discovered warehouses with pro-Kremlin literature, propaganda leaflets with symbols of the totalitarian regime of the USSR and "manuals" of Russian propagandists.

In these manuals, the Russians call for support for the occupying groups of the Russian Federation and provide "recommendations" regarding the violent seizure of power in Ukraine.

Operational information states that the officials of the Communist Party of Ukraine planned to use the entire "arsenal" of propaganda tools to conduct campaigning and mass events in support of the enemy in the case of the capture of Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, the SSU notes.

It is reported that the seized materials have been sent for examination for further procedural actions.

Criminal proceedings have been opened regarding actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or at the seizure of state power.

Investigative actions are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the offences and bring the guilty parties to justice.
