Sumy Oblast: Russians drop explosives and fire almost 20 times from self-propelled artillery unit
On 13 December, Russian troops shelled the Esman, Bilopillia and Khotin hromadas [administrative units designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.], firing 28 times on the border areas of Sumy Oblast.

Details: Khotin hromada: Russian troops dropped two explosives from a drone.
Bilopillia hromada: Russian forces used mortars to deliver eight strikes.
Esman hromada: the Russians fired 18 self-propelled shells on a border village in the hromada.
The explosions damaged a fire station and a vehicle inside it. A village club building was also damaged.
