Dmytro Kuleba, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, assumed that Russian troops may resume a large-scale offensive on Ukraine in January or February 2023.

Quote from Kuleba: "I think that Russia's ability to launch a major offensive may be restored sometime in late January or February – but this is what they are trying to do and what we are trying to prevent.

I'm not saying this will definitely happen. But at best, given the mobilisation, the conscription they have announced, the training of new conscripts and the movement of their heavy weapons around the country, they clearly retain hope that they will be able to break through our defenses and move deeper into Ukraine."

Details: Kuleba assured that Ukraine was doing everything possible to thwart these plans.

He said he believed that Russians would not succeed.

The minister also said that Ukraine was trying to end the war as soon as possible – but it was not certain when it would end, although it would be great if it happened next summer.
