Details: The video was recorded in Russian so that the invaders could understand.

It is reported the decision to use drones was made to make capture safer.

Algorithm of actions:

  • Firstly, the invaders must contact the project Hochu Zhit ("I want to live") on Telegram, which will provide further instructions and, if necessary, provide the coordinates of the starting point,
  • After receiving verification, the invaders must go to the place at the specified time (accuracy and timeliness of arrival are critical, regarding the limited flight time of the quadcopter),
  • The invaders must establish visual contact with the drone after they see it in a zone of visibility. Then raise your hands to the sides and up, thus informing that you are ready to follow further commands,
  • After the drone shows the vector of movement, the prisoners must follow the drone (it will fly at the speed of a person's walking speed to the point of meeting with representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine).

The General Staff noted that if the drone has a low battery, it can stop the guidance of Russians and quickly return to its base. In this case, the prisoners should remain in place and wait for the next drone.

"Russian soldiers, save this instruction. Distribute it among your colleagues and acquaintances. Save more lives," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added.
