Russian invaders destroy power engineers’ company vehicles in Kherson
Russian forces hit a critical infrastructure facility and destroyed vehicles belonging to power engineers on the night of 11 December.

Details: Yanushevych noted that the attack had destroyed three company vehicles belonging to power engineers, damaged a large shed and five other pieces of equipment.
The fire covered an area of 30 square metres.
Why this is important: The energy front is perhaps the most important at the moment. Power engineers are working tirelessly day and night to restore the system after the Russian attacks, at a time when millions of Ukrainians are cut off from electricity, water and heat.
Strikes on such facilities impede the restoration of power.
Background: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that the situation in Odesa Oblast is currently difficult, with over 1.5 million Ukrainians being cut off from the power grid.
