Russians perform missile strike on Sumy Oblast, damaging many private and public buildings
Russian forces conducted a missile attack on Sumy Oblast on the evening of 9 December, damaging 20 homes and an apartment block, fire service and a government department premises, a bank branch and several shops and cars.

Quote: "Around 21:00 last night, Russia launched a missile attack on the Velyka Pysarivka hromada [an administrative unit designating, in this case, the settlement of Velyka Pysarivka and its adjacent territories – ed.].
An S-300 missile exploded in the centre of the settlement and damaged 20 private homes, an apartment block, fire service and a government department premises, along with a bank branch, 5 shops and several cars."
