Quote: "... they mentioned schoolchildren in the so-called "LPR" [Luhansk People’s Republic]. Instead of holidays, a "young soldier course" was to be organised for students of the 8th and 10th grades".
Details: Luhansk Oblast Military Administration notes that propaganda for the occupiers is more important than electricity, water or heating.
It is also reported that the invaders continue the forced integration of all spheres of life into Russia’s economic, banking and education systems. In particular, businessmen of the so-called "LPR", who do not register their businesses in the unified state register of the Russian Federation within December, will not be able to benefit from support measures for small and medium-sized businesses.
