Russians shell border village in Sumy Oblast with incendiary ammunition
Russian troops have shelled one of the villages of the Esman hromada [an administrative unit designating, in this case, the settlement of Esman and its adjacent territories – ed.] in Sumy Oblast 20 times with incendiary ammunition on 9 November; a fire broke out in a maize field.

Quote from Zhyvytskyi: "The Russians used incendiary ammunition during the shelling of the Esman hromada. One of the border villages was hit 20 times by a multiple-launch rocket system.
A maize field caught fire as a result of this shelling. Fortunately, people were not injured. Details of the damage are being updated."
