Zelenskyy establishes four more military administrations in Kherson Oblast
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered to establish the Dolmativka, Hola Prystan, Kakhovka and Khrestivka military administrations in the Kherson Oblast.

Details: In order to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law," Zelenskyy decided to establish:
- Dolmativka Village Military Administration of the Skadovsk district of Kherson Oblast;
- Hola Prystan City Military Administration of the Skadovsk district of Kherson Oblast;
- Kakhovka City Military Administration of the Kakhovka district of Kherson Oblast;
- Khrestivka Village Military Administration of the Kakhovka district of the Kherson Oblast.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Kherson Oblast State Administration have been instructed to implement measures related to the establishment of these military administrations.
Previously: On November 9, the new commander of the Russian occupation forces in Ukraine, announced that the Russian Federation is transferring its troops to the left bank of the Dnipro River, which means that the Russians are leaving Kherson.
Background:
- On 4 August, the President of Ukraine appointed Yaroslav Yanushevych to the position of chairman of the Kherson Oblast State Administration. Until 9 July, this position was held by Hennadii Lahuta.
- On 19-21 September, Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed the head of the Kherson City Military Administration as well as the heads of 10 military administrations in the districts of Kherson Oblast.
- On 27 October, Zelenskyy established 20 military administrations in Kherson Oblast.
