Peskov visits occupied Luhansk unannounced

Dmitry Peskov, the Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, has visited occupied Luhansk, where he met with "local journalists and officials".

Details: Peskov himself did not announce his visit.

Background: On Monday, the Russian Ministry of Defence announced that Sergei Shoigu, the Minister of Defence, inspected a Russian command post in Ukraine and heard a report by General Sergei Surovikin.
