Office of President of Ukraine confirms that Western countries are not conducting secret negotiations with Russia
No negotiations between Russia and Western countries are being conducted behind Ukraine's back, the Office of the President of Ukraine confirms.

Quote: "The armed forces of both countries can communicate with each other and even receive warnings about the consequences of the use of weapons of mass destruction. But no negotiations between Russia and Western countries regarding Ukraine are being conducted.
Our partners adhere to the principle "nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine". Neither side will be able to ensure the implementation of agreements without the support of the Ukrainian people."

- On 23 October, in a telephone conversation, Sergey Shoigu, Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, told his French counterpart Sébastien Lecornu that Ukraine is allegedly preparing provocations involving a "dirty bomb".
