Background:
- The martial law in Ukraine is to expire on 21 November.
- The martial law was introduced on 24 February 2022, the first day of full-scale invasion by Russia, though by that time, the undeclared war between Ukraine and Russia has been underway for eight years.
- The Parliament extended the martial law twice for 30 days, and twice for 90 days. The same goes for mobilisation.
