Quote: "There is a high risk that the occupiers will carry out provocative attacks on residential areas in the coming days and then blame the Ukrainian defence forces.

A curfew is expected to be imposed to allow for the covert deployment of new forces to the right bank [of the Dnipro River - ed.]."

Details: The Russian occupiers are sending SMS messages to the residents of Kherson Oblast to inform them about the alleged intention of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to carry out a massive artillery attack on civilian infrastructure.

The occupiers are calling on local residents to evacuate to the left bank. People are also being warned about the introduction of a curfew during the day.

In addition, for three days, mixed convoys of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces have been moving through the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant from the village of Kozatske towards the village of Tsukury (from the right to the left bank of the Dnipro River).

Most of the vehicles are tent trucks and civilian vehicles packed with looted property. In addition to household appliances, the occupiers are taking out masses of PVC-framed double-glazed windows.

The occupiers are looting private houses, shops and warehouses in the Beryslav district. The property of the Beryslav substation of the district power grid (machines, equipment, devices, repair materials) has been completely looted.

In the village of Liubymivka, the Russian Armed Forces are seizing almost all available vehicles: buses, cars, trucks. Local service stations and vehicle fleets have been completely looted.

A reconnaissance of the area is being carried out along the mouth of the Dnipro River. All documentation has been removed from the local councils of the settlements located along the Dnipro River. The commandant's offices of the occupiers have been equipped on the premises [of the local councils - ed.].

In the villages of Olhivka and Tokarivka, the occupiers blew up mobile communication towers of Ukrainian operators
