Quote: "The occupiers are actively looking for the underground resistance. The raids are more active in big cities. The NRC has become aware of dozens of detainees over the past few days.
The Russians are taking the detainees to other places. In particular, civilians detained in Nova Kakhovka are taken to the filtration camp in Chaplynka. There, they conduct interrogations and torture detainees in order to obtain information about the work of our underground resistance in the temporary occupied territories."
Details: The National Resistance Center called on the local population, if possible, to leave the temporarily occupied territory for the duration of the special operation by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to liberate the territory.
Background:
- On Sunday, 6 November, the occupiers announced that the city of Kherson and more than ten other settlements in temporarily occupied Kherson Oblast have been left without electricity
- Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, has stated that the Russian occupiers are only creating the illusion that they are leaving Kherson, but in fact, they are moving new military units there and preparing to defend the occupied oblast centre.
