Quote: "Ukraine’s IT-army has gained access to the networks of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation! Thanks to the Information Technology Department and the Financial Market Operations Department of their sorry excuse for a bank [the Central Bank of the Russian Federation,- ed.], we have a lot of interesting information about personnel, specialised automated banking systems, their output files, the principles of their interaction, cryptographic information security systems, and other materials that circulate in the networks of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation."
Details: Mykhailo Fedorov states that Ukrainian specialists are already analysing the Russian Central Bank files.
"If the Central Bank cannot provide its own cybersecurity, how can it protect the stability of the rouble?" the government official said.
Fedorov has also shared a link to the first 27,000 files and called on the public to read them and "draw the appropriate conclusions".
