All civilians leave liberated settlement of Stelmakhivka
The last remaining civilians have been evacuated from the village of Stelmakhivka in the Svativ District of Luhansk Oblast after its liberation.

Quote: "All civilians have left the liberated Stelmakhivka. The last seven residents were evacuated from the de-occupied village yesterday."
Details: Haidai noted that he had visited Hrekivka and Stelmakhivka.
According to him, "there are almost no villages, all the houses are damaged."
Quote: "Stabilisation measures have already been completed in these settlements. Residents were persuaded to leave because the Russians are shelling villages heavily. It will be extremely difficult and dangerous to spend the winter there.
On Stelmakhivka, the issue is closed – the village is empty. At least no one else responded, and no movement was noticed. In other liberated localities, we are also working on the evacuation and delivery of humanitarian aid."
