Russian flag disappears from Oblast State Administration building in Kherson
The flag of the Russian Federation has disappeared from the building of the Oblast State Administration in Kherson.

Details: The official showed a recent photo taken on 3 November, showing no Russian flag on the building.
Quote: "Kherson Oblast State Administration. This photo was taken today. The mysterious disappearance of you know what ... Kherson was, is, and will be only Ukrainian. And if not us, you [the Russian occupiers -ed.] will take off your rags [Russian flags - ed.]."

Previously: On 27 October, the National Resistance Center reported that the Russians had moved their occupation administration in Kherson Oblast to the left bank of the Dnipro River. They were forced to do so by a counteroffensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the destruction of bridges across the river.
