Russians forbid entry to ZNPP for employees who do not cooperate with them
Since 28 November, the Russian military has banned employees who have not signed contracts with Rosatom [Russian state corporation headquartered in Moscow that specialises in nuclear energy, nuclear non-energy goods and high-tech products -ed.] from entering the territory of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP).

Background: Since the beginning of March, the Russians have occupied the Zaporizhzhya NPP and are putting Ukraine at risk of a nuclear disaster by maintaining a military presence there. Ukraine seeks the demilitarization of the nuclear power plant through the mediation of the IAEA.
On 27 November, Petro Kotin, president of the national nuclear energy generating company Energoatom, reported on air during the national joint 24/7 newscast that there were signs that the Russian military may be getting ready to withdraw from the Zaporizhzhia NPP. Dmitry Peskov, Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, has stated that the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is out of the question.
