Russian forces attacked three hromadas [administrative units designating a town or a village and their adjacent territories - ed.] in Sumy Oblast on Thursday, 24 November, damaging a residential building.

Details: Over the course of the day, Seredyna-Buda, Nova Sloboda and Shalyhyne hromadas came under Russian fire.
Russian forces launched six mortars on Nova Sloboda hromada, damaging a residential building.
They fired 18 artillery shells on Shalyhyne hromada from the territory of the Russian Federation. The hromada sustained no damage.
Russian forces deployed mortars to fire 10 bombs on the area near the Ukrainian-Russian border. There was no damage to property.
