Death toll after Russian missile attack on Kyiv Oblast rises to 7
Another victim of the Russian missile attack on Kyiv Oblast on 23 November has died in intensive care; the attack’s death toll now stands at seven civilians.

Details: As of 20:40, the death toll of the Russian missile attack on 23 November stands at seven, after another victim of the attack died in intensive care.
Energy technicians are continuing to work to restore power in Kyiv Oblast as quickly as possible. Around 100 crews are working 24/7.
About 70% of the residents of Kyiv Oblast still have no power.
Kuleba advised these people to make use of the new "invincibility centres", where they can charge their phones and warm up.
Quote by Kuleba: "We will rebuild infrastructure and homes. But we cannot bring back people. However, we will avenge each and every one of them. Russia will bear responsibility for all of its crimes."
