Zelenskyy convenes meeting of Staff of Supreme Commander-in-Chief to discuss ensuring mobile service during wartime
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine has convened a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief; a representative of Ukraine’s defence intelligence reported on Russia’s plans for the immediate future. The meeting participants also discussed how to ensure stable mobile service during wartime.

Quote: "The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the commanders of the active fronts have reported on the most up-to-date situation on the front and have separately informed [the President] about the operations on the Donetsk front.
High-ranking representatives of defence intelligence reported on the enemy’s plans in the immediate future.
The participants analysed whether Ukraine’s defence forces have sufficient equipment, weapons and ammunition and discussed the troops’ needs for the winter period.
The members of the staff have also assessed the restoration of Ukraine’s energy system and the process of addressing the effects of Russia’s most recent missile attacks. They have discussed how to ensure stable mobile service in wartime, for example via switching to autonomous power generation."
Details: The presidential website also noted that the meeting participants discussed protection measures to ensure the security of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure facilities. In light of this, they stressed the need to strengthen cooperation with Ukraine’s partners to create an effective air defence system.
