70% of Kyiv households in emergency blackout

As of 17:20 on 24 November, 70% of Kyiv households remain in an emergency blackout. The supply of water has been restored in all of Kyiv’s districts.

Details: The Kyiv City Military Administration warned Kyiv citizens that they might still experience issues with water pressure.

"Kyiv’s emergency and repair crews are working hard to restore the heat supply," the administration added.
