Russian missile attack on 23 November targeted facilities in the city of Kyiv, as well as in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts. Russian forces launched a total of 67 cruise missiles and deployed up to 10 Lancet attack drones.

Quote: "Over the course of the past 24 hours, enemy forces carried out 78 missile strikes and 23 airstrikes, as well as over 70 attacks using multiple-launch rocket systems, on the positions of our troops and on civilian settlements.

Russian occupation forces launched 67 cruise missiles and up to 10 Lancet attack UAVs as part of the large-scale attack on residential buildings and energy infrastructure in Kyiv and in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts.
