10 people killed in missile attack – Ministry of Internal Affairs

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Denys Monastyrskyi, said that 10 people have been confirmed dead as a result of the Russian attack on 23 November.

Quote: "Russia continues to launch massive missile attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine.

Today [23 November – ed.] we have had three hits on high-rise buildings. Unfortunately, 10 people have been killed. Between 10 October and 23 November, the Russians have carried out almost 600 missile attacks on our territory."

Details: Five of the victims of the Russian attack are known to have been in Vyshhorod, where there are also dozens of injured people.

According to Monastyrskyi, the newborn baby boy who died in the Russian attack on the maternity hospital in Zaporizhzhia was only two days old.

Quote: "The planned attack on the maternity hospital in Zaporizhzhia, where the only people were mothers and medical personnel, is not just a war crime. The Russians deliberately sent S-300 missiles to a place where new life was being born.

Rescue workers from the State Emergency Service spent the whole night extinguishing the fire and conducting search and rescue operations. They saved the doctors and the baby’s mother."
